Usage of Demonstrative Adjectives:

1.  This is used to indicate a singular noun that is near to the speaker. For example:
   • This book is interesting.
   • This car belongs to my friend.
2.  That is used to indicate a singular noun that is farther away from the speaker. For example:
   • That house is beautiful.
   • I want that shirt.
3.  These is used to indicate plural nouns that are near to the speaker. For example:
   • These flowers smell lovely.
   • These pens are mine.
4.  Those is used to indicate plural nouns that are farther away from the speaker. For example:
   • Look at those birds flying in the sky.
   • I like those shoes.

Key Points to Remember:

• Demonstrative adjectives always come before the noun they modify.
• They help to clarify which noun is being referred to in a sentence.
